Are your juices organic and non-GMO?
We are not certified organic YET since we are still a growing company and there is a high cost involved in the process of getting certified. However, all of our juices contain ONLY certified organic and non-GMO ingredients.
Why don’t you use glass bottles? And are your plastic bottle BPA free?

How should I store my juice?
Keep your juice frozen and stored in the freezer until you want to drink it. This keeps the nutrients at their peak of nutrition. Once defrosted, your juice stays good for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
Why does the juice separate after I defrost it?
Your juice will separate because only fresh fruits and vegetables are used, and that’s exactly what happens in a real, cold-pressed, pure juice. There are no chemical additives, like in commercial juices, to homogenize, emulsify or artificially bind ingredients together. That’s a good thing, because no additives means there are no hidden nasty ingredients. All you need to do is gently shake and drink!
How long will my juice last in the freezer?
Your juice lasts up to one year from your delivery date in the freezer. No, you do not need to worry about spoilage anytime soon. Just defrost, shake and enjoy!
How do I defrost the frozen juice?
Depending on whether you want to drink your juice right away or the next day, you have 2 options:
Do you ship nationally?
Yes! You can order our juices and have them delivered anywhere in the United States. Your juices are packed frozen and shipped frozen in a foam cooler. The juices will arrive frozen. Once you receive your order, immediately place the juices in your freezer to store them before drinking.
Why is drinking juice better than drinking a smoothie?
For optimal health, you need 9-12 servings of BOTH fruits AND vegetables EVERY day. This is very difficult to achieve with smoothies due to the high amount of fiber in smoothies. You can easily find yourself feeling too bloated, and that doesn’t leave you much room for anything else to eat. Because juicing removes the fiber while maintaining all the nutrients, it bridges the gap between what your body needs and having some freedom to enjoy other foods still. Juices are a better choice because they easily get you more fruits and veggies in your daily diet.
Is there a lot of sugar in your juice?
Our juices are specially formulated to keep the amount of fruits to a minimum and maximize the amount of vegetables. This helps to keep the natural sugars as low as possible.
If I take my juices to work or school for the day, do I need to keep them refrigerated?
Your juices need to stay cold if you take them out for the day. The night before, move your juice out of the freezer and store in the fridge overnight. By the next morning, your juice should be defrosted by about 50%. Transfer the juices you plan to drink for the day into a cooler bag or container. Use ice packs in your cooler to keep the juices cold, safe and fresh.
Do you only drink juice on your cleanse? What if I’m hungry?
In addition to drinking juice, you are permitted to eat egg whites, skinless chicken breast, white fish and tofu if desired. These healthy proteins will help fill you up, give you valuable nutrition and best of all, they do not hinder your cleaning results one bit! If you feel hungry, refer to the cleansing guide and choose an allowable protein to eat. Having some solid food in between juices really helps a lot of people finish their cleanse and not quit!
Does it really matter the order in which I drink my juices on the cleanse?
Your juices have been specially designed for cleansing and are labeled #1-#6. Our cleanse focuses on cleansing all of your organs, bloodstream and intestinal tract. To maximize your results and success, it’s best to follow the order outlined for you.
Will I lose weight on the cleanse?
Of course every person is different, but in general, one should expect to lose approximately 1 pound of excess fecal matter per day for each day of the cleanse. Hopefully more!
Do I need to stay home if I’m cleansing?
No, you can still work, go to school, socialize (with juices) and live your life while on the cleanse. You will be drinking a lot of fluids, and it’s common to urinate a lot more often than normal. Keep that in mind when planning your day, making sure you have access to a restroom at work, home or travel.
Can I cleanse if I am pregnant or nursing?
It is NOT recommended to do any cleansing while pregnant or nursing. If you have any medical questions concerning any aspects of the cleanse, consult your medical doctor.
What if I want to do a Fresh Kick-Start Program for longer than 5 days?
Not a problem! We just ask that you consult your doctor and get the “OK” before proceeding.
Do I need to do any preparation before the program?

Are there any side effects to the Got Green Drinks? Fresh Kick-Start Program?
Some people may experience some fatigue, headaches and irritability. This is normal, especially if you’ve had a lot of processed foods, refined sugar or caffeine prior to starting your cleanse. To minimize any side effects, follow the schedule and drink all of your juices on time. Also, remember to drink plenty of water in between. How many calories are in the Fresh Kick-Start Program?
One day of juices on the Fresh Kick-Start Program gives you a total of 900 calories. If you’re still feeling hungry, refer to the cleansing guide and choose one of the allowable proteins to eat.
Is it OK to exercise while on the program?
Absolutely! Just make sure to adjust your juice schedule accordingly to keep your blood sugar levels stable. Drink a juice within a 1/2 hour before exercising; then drink another juice within an hour post-exercise. This will help keep your energy levels up and minimize any hunger, dizziness or headaches.
I don’t have a lot of time. Is it worth it to just cleanse for one day?
Absolutely! Many of our clients are very busy and consistently cleanse one day a week or at least one day every other week. If you don’t have 3-4 days straight, it’s OK! Giving your digestive system a rest and flushing your body does wonders, no matter what. One day consistently here and there will definitely prove beneficial!
Can I have caffeine?
If you normally only drink one cup of coffee or tea per day, then most likely you can go without. If you drink more than one cup of either coffee or tea per day, start by cutting your intake in half. We want you to get healthier, not torture you! :)

I heard fiber is good for you, yet these juices don’t have too much fiber. Is that ok?
Think of your juice as a high-boost on nutrients. Remember, it’s recommended to get 9-12 servings of BOTH fruits and vegetables EVERY day. That’s a whole lot of fruit and veggies to eat in one day! Such a high amount of fiber may cause bloating and irritability in the digestive tract, and is also not practical or realistic for busy people to eat that much. (Who has time to chew that much food?!) Juicing allows you to get more nutrients, yet without chewing or bloating from too much fiber. Fiber is good for you, and you can focus on getting more fiber in the other meals you eat throughout the day. That way, you get the best of both worlds. Isn’t this great?!
